Once performance tests are passed, the project team conducts a hands‑on training session for the end‑users. This training covers basic operations – turning lights on/off, adjusting brightness and color temperature, activating preset scenes (e.g., "Meeting", "Relax"), and using the mobile app for remote access. Users are also shown how to modify simple parameters, such as motion sensor time‑outs or scheduling, without needing to reconfigure the system. A comprehensive operation and maintenance manual is provided, including step‑by‑step guides, troubleshooting tips, and emergency override procedures (e.g., physical switch bypass). The training often includes a walk‑through of all rooms, allowing users to test each scene themselves. For instance, in a hotel lobby installation, the front desk staff practiced switching from daytime "Welcome" mode to evening "Ambient" mode and confirmed that the transition felt smooth and natural. After successful training, the client performs a site acceptance inspection, checking all installed devices and verifying that the system behaves exactly as agreed in the design documents. Upon signing the acceptance report, the project is officially handed over.
